$150 per 60-minute session
$250 bariatric psychological evaluation

Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. I am an out-of-network provider and would be happy to provide you with a superbill to submit to your PPO for reimbursement for services.

Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.

Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
